It seems that Jessica A. Braverman, Esq. has her own web site, and markets herself as an Attorney, Consultant, Mediator and Trainer.

At first meeting she may seem to be the attorney professional.  She gets personal about disabilities, and states that she is blind.  It makes you think that she has empathy, but in reality, she is perhaps one of those attorneys who might gain insight from a weekend at Spirit Rock.

On her bio, she boasts 17 years of experience as a California licensed attorney who also teaches for California State East Bay (Hayward), and University of Phoenix.  At the University of Phoenix, she was even head of the law department.  However, even with her admitting of a disability, she would go off in her emails out of the blue asking if the person she was communicating with was mental. 

It seems that some attorneys can tout one thing on their web sites, such as Jessica Braverman claiming to have 20 years combined experience in providing Employment Law, Contract Law, HR Consulting, Conflict Resolution and Management and Litigation Prevention interventions to clients, companies and individuals, but in reality does not care to treat people, even fellow attorneys with respect, when requested for assistance.   Is Jessica Braverman really a facilitator in conflicts resolution or a person who creates conflicts with others?
