Art Courville is executive vice president, General Counsel and secretary for Symantec Corporation.  On the Symantec web site, his bio shows that he is responsible for managing the company’s legal department and government and corporate affairs group.  The bio goes on to read that Courville received his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley and also received an MBA from the business school there.

Unlike some Silicon Valley attorneys who go around to DC, universities, and MCLE venues to be a part of legislation, teach courses, or give other talks, there does not seem much celebrity in Courville.  That was why it was surprising to see Courville also has his own web site where he posts his family pictures.  It was surprising to see such a public display of photos, but there is not much written in terms of thoughts such as a journal/blog, or articles.  Though, there was a tally of his races – swims, triathlons.
