For those attorneys who want a program to input files of data on people such as representatives in a broker-dealer, Sidekick may be a program to look into.

Sidekick allows people to back up files with commands involving tools, backup, restore files, source, destination.  There are file replacement options by clicking cancel.  The person may save Sidekick on disk weekly.  

To recall information on another person’s computer, the person uses tools, backup and restore files, source, destination to input the directories to obtain and place the files. 

Sidekick allows sorting by name, states.  The information may be copied and pasted to MS Excel spreadsheets.
