Those attorneys new to in house may come across a lot issues that he/she is not familiar with.  Take for instance a question on Visas.  Most attorneys are not experts on immigration laws so it may be helpful to read up on Visas for workers visiting the United States.  A worker who is working at an outsourcing company should be sponsored by the company/entity that is visiting, not the company/entity that is engaging the outsourcer.  The company engaging the outsourcer should not be responsible for the Visas just because it is a business partner.

What is meant by “collateral”.  Most attorneys would think it means security for funds, but “collateral” when used in house means brochures, CDs, or other marketing pieces.  The term usually comes into play when gathering specimens for trademark registrations.
