Those people in law looking for a place to rant might check out www.bigdis.com.  At Bigdis, people rant about all types of topics, even the sensitive subjects like religion, politics, war.  Rob Meyer seems to be a founder, with many of his photos up, including photos of his friend Brian Squibb's house parties, his mother, and his trips to different states.

For example, on Erik Pugner’s page, he seems to be very in the news, talking about elections, affirmative action, differences between men and women.  Some members have been on since as early as 1999 before blogging became popular.  Most seem to be with computer science backgrounds like Scott Askew who writes on Netscape, IE, Linux.  Many also seem to be UC Davis graduates like Chris Rypinski.
