In preparing for an interview, the job seeker should prepare questions to ask.  Tell the truth during the interview, and mention salary only after being asked about compensation. 

Some interviews are behavioral interviews so be prepared to illustrate strengths by giving examples that relate to the employer’s position opening.  The story should illustrate at least 3 strengths. 

When asked about weaknesses, point to a real weakness and cite only one weakness.  Show how the weakness has  been overcome, or about to be overcome.
