The buzz on August 24, 2007 was on the Chicago storm.  There appears to be many topics in the news these days on the weather.  Do all these weather concerns come from abuse of environmental resources?  Did Al Gore really have a point in his Inconvenient Truth?

With Chicago there is a massive power outage can affect public trust in Edison and the power infrastructure.  Much of Chicago is without power and Kansas City Power & Light has sent a convoy to help Commonwealth Edison.

What legal liability will result from the infrastructural disaster?  Will there be lawsuits resulting from safety concerns of Chicago residents?
