Kirk Cameron, who used to be on Growing Pains, still looks young at 36 with curly hair.  On the site, there is voice audio where he lectures on how his life has changed because of his priorities with God, family, career.  He writes of his Christian films, and his 6 children.  He is still married to Chelsea Nobles, who co-starred with him on Growing Pains. 

The site may be difficult to read for the non-Christian because there are many citations to the Bible.  The non-believer might skip over the religious discussions, but the topics on friendship, first times, and work might be applicable to people of any world outlook.
