As of the June 30, 2007 it has been announced that any AJB materials such as resumes, cover letters, and other record information stored with the AJB will no long exist. If federal contractors need to prove their use of the AJB to satisfy the JVA posting requirement, they should consider obtaining records from the AJB before the information is no longer available. These records may be valuable when there is an audit so a contractor may want to obtain more than one year’s worth of records.
