One wonders where this information is gathered, and if it is within compliance with privacy laws. Some of the information seems to be lifted from web sites, but some of the information seems to be on company personnel that one would think is unlikely to be made public.
ZoomInfo seems to be around for a while, compared to other people search engines such as Spock. Spock is still in beta, and a user needs to be invited in order participate.
