The bankruptcy blog is by Cooley Godward Kronish bankruptcy partner Bob Eisenbach.  The official title of the blog is In The (Red): The Business Bankruptcy Blog.  The blog may be helpful for employees trying to understand what happens when their employer files bankruptcy.  Do they get to keep their accrued vacation, would the company have to pay their severance in their separation agreements?  The blog is  devoted to keeping CEOs, CFOs, boards of directors, credit professionals, in-house counsel and others informed about business bankruptcy issues such as whether hedge funds disclose their trades, Section 503(b)(9) on administrative claims, intercreditor agreements, whether to do business with a customer in bankruptcy.
