Federal Contract Compliance Programs

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) in 2006 collected $51,525,235 for 15,273 victims.

 

 

On March 13, 2007, the OFCCP released, for Fiscal Year 2007, a round of compliance evaluation notification letters to federal contractors. The OFCCP’s initial list was released in November 2006. 

 

The evaluation notification letters, generated through its Federal Contractor Selection System (FCSS), includes around 4500 facilities t identified as a federal contractor.  Combined with the November 2006 release, there has been identified a total of more than 6000 facilities with the potential to undergo a compliance evaluation this 2007. Federal contractors with multiple locations may be receiving more attention from the OFCCP in 2007.
