Business in India may not be as cost effective as some might once thought.  Besides the difficulty (in the opinion of some) in gaining bank accounts that are as trustworthy as in the United States, the new proposed law will tax the income that is the difference between the price paid for the shares and the fair market value of the shares on the date of exercise.
