Brian Helmick and Mike Sousa began Algentis out of the view that the status quo for most businesses is not to focus on human resources and employee administration issues. 

Brian Helmick is President, Sales and Marketing at Algentis.  he began his career as an investment banker with Salomon Smith Barney. He successfully passed the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and CPA exams.  He received his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and his B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.  Mike Sousa is President, Finance and Operations at Algentis.  He received his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
