- Management and administration of all HR communications program(s).
- Writing, editing and distribution of HR communication(s) to employees worldwide via various communication methods (i.e. print, email, web, graphics, etc.).
- Maintains metrics and tracks trends on areas of responsibility.
- Management of both internal and external corporate benchmark surveys.
- Internal Human Resource marketing campaign efforts including advertisement and print collateral.
- Responsibilities may include supervisory responsibilities over the Employee Programs function (i.e. recognition, awards and community relations).
- Continually seeks ways to improve process, service and value to the company through internal HR communications.
Education and Related Experience: BS/BA and 8-10 years of related experience or MS/MA and 7-9 years related experience. Requires a bachelor's degree in journalism, communication, or related field and a minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience. A master's degree in journalism, communication, or related field and 7 to 9 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Related Experience/Skills Required: Requires at a minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience. Experience in corporate communications or Public Relations are highly desirable. Proven writing and editing skills and excellent oral communication skills required. Extensive knowledge of the web and related technologies as well as of web infrastructures required. Strong organizational and planning skills and must be able to establish priorities and work effectively in a very fast-paced environment.
