Continuing on the subject of real estate listing services for the attorney looking to buy or invest in this property market, San Francisco’s Trulia.com may not be as useful as Zillow.com to some people.  It only offers listings as its main service.  It has the heat map which maps addresses geographically, but this is also available with other sites such as Google Maps.  One feature though, is the hot rating, which indicates whether someone is searching in a hot market.  Trulia.com also offers buyer’s market statistics such as crime rates, but this information can easily be found on the individual web sites for cities people are interested in. 

There is also Reply, Inc., which offers listings and community information such as statistics on schools.
