• Minimum Salary for Exempt Administrative and Executive Employees - increases to $536.10.

If uniforms are required, certain allowances apply.  The uniform rate allowance increases to $8.90 per week.  Employees who are required to launder their own uniforms must be paid at least $8.90 per week in excess of the minimum wage.
