
Hawaii: Starting January 1, 2007, House Bill 2313 amends provisions on the content of documents filed by business entities with the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Documents include conversion documents filed by a resulting foreign entity, the Articles of Dissolution filed by a nonprofit corporation, and the Annual Report filed by a domestic or foreign LLP.
Oklahoma: Starting November 1, 2006, Senate Bill 1556 amends the LLC Act. The annual certificate will be due on the anniversary date of filing the certificate (used to be July 1). The Secretary of State’s office will begin implementing new due dates on July 1, 2007. The first reports required to be filed on an anniversary date basis will be due July 1, 2007.
