Samuel Chow, a student at MIT, and author of Cybersam.org, though not a law student or attorney, appears to have great insight into the law with his copyright notices, and disclaimers.

On his blog site, he writes: The content of this site are my own personal opinions and do not represent the views of MIT or Analog Devices in anyway. In addition, my thoughts and opinions often change, and as a weblog is intended to provide a semi-permanent point in time snapshot you should not consider out of date posts to reflect my current thoughts and opinions.

What an observation to state that thoughts and opinions often change. This appears to be someone who understands the true nature of life’s events. More people should be aware of this concept when reading blogs by people to realize that that individuals are not always the same when they make their postings, and thus should not be immediately judged by their cyber personalities in real life encounters.
