The Chinese Software Professionals Association (CSPA) is a California-registered nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting community, and entrepreneurship. Its recent events include discussions on open source, globalization, outsourcing, angels investing, and leadership.

CSPA was founded in 1988 by Chinese American computer professionals, and has grown to serve people from all ethnicities and backgrounds.

It is a volunteer-based organization that ties its members with technology industry leaders in social informal settings. Event speakers have included attorneys at large law firms, venture capital firm partners, executives, and entrepreneurs. It partners with other Silicon Valley organizations such as TiE, SDForum, AAMA, Hua Yuan, Monte Jade, and the Stanford GSB High-Tech Club for networking opportunities.
