New Hampshire: House Bill 1227, effective May 5, 2006, changed the late filing fee for the annual report for profit corporations, LLCs and LLPs.
New York: Assembly Bill 10653/Senate Bill 7265, effective January 1, 2006, amended the Tax Law to provide exemptions for certain corporations from the fixed dollar minimum franchise tax for tax years following the last year the corporation was doing business.
Virginia: House Bill 538, effective July 1, 2006, decreased the State Corporation Commission’s fees for copying a document.
