Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer advises how one can use intentions in order to achieve expectations.
Dyer suggests to reflect on what comes into life without judgment or opinions. Be unattached by not demanding anything to stay, go, appear. Readiness comes from not being attached to what one used to think or be. Stay open. By doing so, one does not look for ways to feel hurt, angry, offended. Low energy thoughts inhibit one from attracting what is desired. Forgive in order to be strong. Revenge creates weakness. Let go of the need to win or be right and be an observer. Thank the other person for being right and pointing one to the direction of truth in order to end conflicts.
Dyer advises that anything is possible when one uses his/her thoughts to create the world he/she chooses. Do not doubt the ability to create the life intended. Doubts creates fears to attempts. Create by not contemplating what is missing. Contemplate being surrounded by the conditions that one wishes to produce. Think from the end.
Let go of reputation. Reputation resides in the minds of others. One does not control reputation. If one becomes overly concerned with reputation, one allows others' opinions to guide versus one's own intentions.
Ask nothing of anyone, judge no one in order to encourage others to be themselves. This in turn energies people to help.
Focus on the present. Thoughts not the world cause stress. When one changes the way one looks at things, the things change.
