Use the eyes to hold connections with people.  The eyes give others one's whole self.  Do not look to the floor or somewhere else. 

Use nodding to show others that one is listening.  Nodding indicates that one is processing and acknowledging what is said even if one is silent.  Make other people feel good.  Be nice even when one does not agree by not releasing any anger or become upsetting to others.  Learn to disagree without being disagreeable.  Challenge and discuss without attacking others.  Go after the idea and learn different viewpoints.  Everyone sees different situations in life because of different experiences.  Find out how someone thinks.  Find out how others got their opinions.  Find out the reasons behind opinions, and experience the different situations one has never lived.  No one has a monopoly on the world's knowledge.  Show respect for other people's ideas.
