 Few employers appear to have policies on blogging, though blogging has become a popular new form of communication. An article by the Northwestern University School of Journalism studies employer reactions to blogging in and on the workplace. It appears that when comments are in public forums they might give reason for termination when they come to the attention of the employer, even if the same comments when made in other more private forums might be acceptable. |
