In response to a comment for steps to take in order to comply with the FCPA, here are some resources:

1.  O’Melveny & Myers, LLP published a handbook on the FCPA.  Read the fifth edition.  

Beginning on page A-92, there is a specific discussion on compliance issues for companies doing business in China.

2.  The text of the FCPA is found at 15 U.S.C Sections 78dd-1 and 78dd-2.

3.   Members of the Association of Corporate Counsel may find articles on the FCPA in the Virtual Library.  The Virtual Library also contains sample company policies and affidavits for employees to execute to ensure compliance with the FCPA.  Sample guidelines include those authored by General Motors and ExxonMobil Production Company.
