Linda, I am very interested in your cross functional teams, as I work with many diverse leadership roundtables too. What glues these diverse folks together in your opinion, and what raises walls between folks? Do you have thoughts on that aspect?

Thanks for your blog. I'm interested to know if you might want to blog about the lack of employer-sponsored maternity management initiatives in the corporate environment. Many employers fail to benchmark maternity-driven costs, which include turnover, absenteeism, productivity loss, extended leave time and medical claims. Health plans don't address those costs, and as I'm sure you'll agree, FMLA is merely a starting point for employers. I would be pleased to be a resource if you have an opportunity to address the issue.
