According this story from Courthouse News Service, EPA Allows Illegal Pesticide Tests on Babies, Suit Claims, a slew of groups have sued the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The groups include Pesticide Action Network North America, United Farmworkers of America, Pineros y Campesinos Unidos del Noroeste (Northwest Treeplanters and Farmworkers United), San Francisco Bay Area Physicians for Social Responsibility, and Natural Resources Defense Council. A press release issued by the Pesticide Action Network states that the EPA's rule "allows pesticide companies to use intentional tests on humans to justify weaker restrictions on pesticides."
